Hey Guys, hope you've all had a brilliant week so far! This week I'm going…

I was looking to get back to a consistent routine after dropping off but didn't want to burnout again. I explained to Vanessa what my work/life balance was like and how I didn't want to be stuck in the gym for too long. I signed up for a 12 week hybrid programme where we worked out in person once a month togethet, she created a workout routine for me that fit with my lifestyle and still gave me results, improving my strength progressively and getting more steps in. I really appreciated that she is a genuine, knowledgeable PT rather than another influencer without experience working with women with different needs and abilities which made me feel much more comfortable from the start.

Before I started training with Vanessa, I felt unhealthy, weak, overweight, and my balance wasn’t great. After just three months, I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my strength, energy, balance, and weight. Vanessa really listens and tailors every workout to my needs, always finding alternatives that work while still helping me progress. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and keeps me accountable without ever being judgemental. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, supportive and effective personal trainer.

Moving to Manchester, I found it difficult to self start my personal fitness journey. My confidence and motivation were low, despite knowing I was capable. I reached out to Vanessa, who was supportive, knowledgeable, and available throughout my time working with her. A combination group workouts and 1:1's with Vanessa helped me rebuild my confidence and physical fitness and strength again. What stood out to me the most is Vanessa's attention to detail regarding exercise form which ensured I was working out the right muscles. I now feel stronger and genuinely enjoy training again. I’d recommend her to anyone struggling to get started or find confidence in themselves again.

I wanted to get back into a consistent routine, lose weight and feel more confident, but I’d always struggled to stick to it on my own. Work has been much busier than I expected, so staying consistent hasn’t always been easy, but Vanessa has been incredibly supportive, realistic and accommodating throughout. She’s happy to adapt sessions around the realities of a busy life, which has made it so much easier to keep going rather than feeling like I’ve let myself down. I’ve looked forward to every session, and having her encouragement and accountability has helped me keep showing up, even during the busiest weeks. She takes a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on confidence, mindset and building sustainable habits, rather than just the number on the scales. Having worked with a male PT before, it’s been really refreshing to train with a female coach. Vanessa has a great understanding of how strong women can be and the best ways to progress safely and effectively, and I’ve found her guidance on form really valuable. I’d highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging female PT.

Before working with Vanessa, I struggled with anxiety, low confidence, and feeling unhappy in myself, and I worried that if I didn’t make a change things would only get worse mentally and physically. From the start, Vanessa made training feel enjoyable, supportive, and realistic for me, which is something I’d never experienced before. For the first time, I actually stuck to training consistently, and it’s had such a positive impact not only on my fitness, but also on my confidence and mental health. Highly recommend!

I started working with Vanessa in 2019 after struggling with body confidence and yo-yo dieting. I’d never lifted weights before and found it intimidating, but she made me feel comfortable while still pushing me and holding me accountable. She’s helped me not only lose weight, but completely reset my relationship with food and my body. I now feel confident in the gym and genuinely happier with myself. More recently Vanessa supported me through my pregnancy, changing plans to enable me to train in the gym right up to 38 weeks. This made a huge difference to my pregnancy, recovery and mental health. Vanessa is supportive, realistic, and truly invested in your success. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT who delivers real, lasting results.

I've been training with Vanessa for 6 months now. I wish I had found her sooner. She is so dedicated and committed as a PT. She always works around me and my lifestyle to ensure I achieve the best results. She takes great care in planning my workouts and nutrition plan and communicates everything to me in a clear manner. She is highly professional and so passionate about health and fitness. She has taught me so much and I'm so happy with everything I have achieved so far. Thank you Vanessa

Training with Vanessa has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As someone who had never stepped foot in a gym before, I felt completely out of my depth—but Vanessa put me at ease with her guidance, encouragement, and expertise. Since starting, I’ve become stronger and more confident and have even made up Rainbow mountain in Peru. Every session is well planned, tailored to my goals, and just the right level of challenge to keep me progressing. Vanessa takes the time to clearly explain each exercise, making sure I get the correct technique and can feel the right muscles working, which has made a huge difference. Her guidance with nutrition and the tailored solo sessions have been an added bonus. I never imagined I’d be the kind of person doing 6am workouts, but now I genuinely look forward to every session. Vanessa is an excellent personal trainer and I highly recommend her.
