I was extremely nervous to start as I had never really been in a gym before and didn’t have any idea on how to use any equipment and thought I wouldn’t do very well.

Vanessa is my perfect coach, she understood my worries and helped me understand the goals we set out, the training we would do to reach those goals & guided me through perfectly.

The main goal was to lose weight, but what our sessions have done exceeds far beyond that.

She helped build my confidence up so much I gradually became my old self again. The support she gives in sessions and the extra support out of them exceeded all my expectations. She gives advice on training for your body giving you brilliant personalised workouts, helps with nutrition and gives you support for getting you active when not in sessions with her.
