What is Paiigefitness Pro?
Paiigefitness Pro is a programme designed to take your training to the next level.
After spending years working with women from various training backgrounds, I realised that many women were coming to me with some experience weight training, but were unsure what steps to take next.
They had been training for some time and were struggling to see any results. This isn’t another cookie-cutter programme, you will receive tailored training and nutritional guidance based on your goals to not only get results, but educate you on how to balance a transformation whilst still enjoying life.
I will create a tailored training programme that we will complete both in the gym and in your own time.
With a transformation you will be expected to commit to at least 3 training sessions a week, whether they be PT sessions or your own training. Along with this, we will monitor your calories, macronutrients and other lifestyle factors with a weekly check-in.
The foundation of this programme is building a healthy and trusting coach-client relationship. In order for you to get the best possible results you need to have complete trust in me and my process. In return, I expect full transparency from my clients in terms of their training and nutrition. This is a judgement free zone, we will work together to eliminate bad habits, incorporate new ones and progress in ways you never thought possible.

It’s designed for women who are serious about training. When it comes to getting a transformation, there’s no easy way to do it. You’ll be expected to work hard and commit to a higher standard. It’s going to be difficult, if it wasn’t there would be no point in doing it. This should be a challenge and there will be times when you are pushing close to your limits, but that’s what I’m here for, support and accountability.

Anyone can give you a training programme and dietary information, but that means nothing if you don’t feel supported in your journey.
Although it will be tough, going through a transformation should also be a healthy process. This is why unlike other transformation coaches I’m not here to put your body under so much pressure that you’re closing to breaking point. This can only have a negative impact on both your mental and physical health. Instead, we work together to incrementally increase your training intensity so that you’re still getting results and enjoying the process.
