What is Paiigefitness Lifestyle?

The Paiigefitness Lifestyle programme strips training & nutrition right down to the basics.

Here we will work together to build strong foundations so that you feel confident both in yourself and in a gym environment.

We will work together to improve your overall habits outside of the gym, learn to lift effectively and learn how best to fuel your body so you feel satisfied and strong.

During the initial consultation, we will discuss what your long term and short term goals are and work together to instil the right habits and protocols so you get results.

As you’re new to training, I will provide you with a full breakdown of what strength training is and how it will benefit your specific goals.

From here we will go through a movement screening before I develop a programme designed to suit your lifestyle and goals.

The Paiigefitness Lifestyle programme is perfect if:

  • You want to improve your relationship with food 
  • Want to start training but don’t know where to start

  • Tired of yo-yo dieting and want to develop healthy habits 
  • Are willing to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks

Building new, healthier lifestyle habits aren’t easy, otherwise, everyone would have the results they wanted. It’s a slow process and it will take determination and resilience on your part, but I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

There will be sacrifices to make, you may have to skip some social events, change your eating habits, and work harder than ever in the gym, but it’ll be worth it. Coming out of this process, you will learn more about your body and mental strength than you ever have before. I can guarantee the process will transform your life for the better. You’ll feel incredible, have more energy and be stronger than you ever have been.

The initial three months of working with me will focus on removing any negative lifestyle habits and building the foundations of new ones. Remember to be kind to yourself, because it’s going to take time. This will be the hardest part of our training together because you will be forced to change your lifestyle and be consistent. But it’s all to improve both your mental and physical health. It is during this time that we will crack down on your mind and body transformation.

Once we have created these habits, we can begin to work on pushing you further out of your comfort zone. Beyond our three months together, you’ll be confident executing the basics and it will be our time to take things a step further. I will educate you on how to maintain healthy habits so that you can continue to progress, even when motivation dips.
