This week I’m going to talk about the benefits of training in a small group 2:1!!
It can be difficult to train solo sometimes, especially when you’re struggling with motivation or unsure of what to do once you get to the gym!
This is why I have added the option of group personal training to the list of services I provide.
More specifically I offer 2:1 coaching: personal training sessions with myself & 2 clients
or my larger group coaching option ‘6 Week Lifestyle & Body Transformation Course’ which holds 4 clients in total.
What are the benefits of training in a group with a personal trainer?
🌟 Share the cost of hiring a personal trainer, as unlike a class set up, you get way more support than just 2-3 sessions a week on the gym floor
🌟Keep fit with your friends and have fun
🌟Motivate and push it other to work harder
🌟 Friendy competition with each other, which in term may help keep you even more accountable outside of session
🌟Have a workout buddy to complete your programmed sessions with outside of session
🌟Having a friend who understands the journey you’re going on, so you never really feel ‘alone’
