‘All of my holidays have been moved to 2021 & now I’m thinking what’s the point?’⁣⁣

‘I have nothing to aim for now all of my holidays have been cancelled’⁣

I have no events coming up, I’ve been furloughed & I’ve just broken up with my boyfriend. What’s the point of getting fit now?’⁣

⁣These have all come from conversations I’ve been having with some of you guys this week.⁣⁣

⁣2020 has been a bitch so far & a lot of you had goals to get fit ready for your holidays this summer.⁣

With all holidays being put on holiday, you’re asking. ⁣

Why should I even bother right now?⁣

Now don’t get me wrong, I understand how motivating it is to have an end goal in sight.⁣

You wanna look great in that new bikini 👙 ⁣

⁣You want to feel confident with your arms out in a strapless dress at your best friend’s wedding 💒 ⁣

⁣You want to not feel self-conscious about have your belly out on the beach 🏖 ⁣

⁣Having an end goal can be super motivating to get you in the zone & focused!⁣

However, it’s just as (if not MORE) important to have an emotional goal too.⁣

⁣Surely you want to feel fabulous all year round right? Not just 3 out of 12 months of the year.⁣

⚡️Aim to feel confident & sexy in your own skin⁣

⚡️Aim to start BELIEVING that you’re worthy⁣

⚡️Aim to start LOVING what you see in the mirror ⁣

⚡️Aim to be the happiest & healthiest version of yourself ⁣

These goals are what’s going to DRIVE you when, you can’t be arsed to train, prep or get out for that walk. ⁣

⁣Start focusing on how training and eating well makes you FEEL

⁣Rather than how it makes you LOOK⁣

⁣Aim to become the best version of yourself all year around.🙌⁣
