Reality: We will be lifting weights, lots of them. Over the past decade on social media, we’ve been misinformed about the effect strength training has on women. No, it will not make you bulky or manly, but it will make you strong and confident.
Going to the gym can be scary. I am here to teach you everything you need to know so that you can be assured next time you step into the gym, you know what you’re doing. Being physically strong is important, but so is being mentally strong. Over the course of our training together, you will be given the tools and knowledge you need to have complete control of how your body performs.
In the initial period of training, I will be teaching you the fundamentals of strength training. We will be perfecting compound movements and ensuring you feel confident executing each exercise. Not only will I be teaching you how to move, but I’ll also explain why.
Every movement will be performed for a reason, whether that be to help you reach your goal or to improve posture and strength.
Each programme has been designed with the individual in mind. Using a copy and pasted programme from the internet will not get you the results you want. That’s why I provide tailored programmes that have been created specifically with your goals in mind. We all move differently and therefore we shouldn’t all be doing the same things the exact same way.
