Feeling stuck on your fitness journey? That’s exactly where I was before I worked in the health and fitness industry. I became a coach to help people just like you. I know that it’s not a quick fix that you need, but a personalised approach to fitness that will teach you how to attain and maintain your results.

My mission is to educate and empower everyone I work with. I want them to become the best versions of themselves, train hard, eat well and never feel guilty. My role as a coach isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to teach you so that you have the tools available to sustain a healthy lifestyle, even after we have finished working together. It is my goal to be the last fat loss product that you purchase.

Over the duration of 8+ years as a coach, I have invested in several courses and seminars to educate myself and stay up to date with the latest health and fitness research. From here, I then incorporate this into the information I give to clients on fitness and nutrition.

Together, we will build the foundations of a healthy relationship between you and your body.

Where it all began

Previously, I would do endless amounts of cardio and began binge eating. This led to a vicious cycle that left me with a negative relationship with my body.

Once I got to University, this became a much bigger problem. Attending a performing arts college, I often compared myself to others and I felt as though I wasn’t skinny enough, smart enough of good enough to be there. This developed my eating disorders even more.

Then, in 2012 I hit a turning point. Finally, I acknowledged just how miserable I was and that it was necessary to change. I began weightlifting on a regular basis and from there, started to develop my own plans from the information I found on Google. This was when I began feeling more confident in both my mind and body. Eventually, I decided to become a coach so that I could help women who were in a similar position as me so I can help them start to love their bodies again.

8+ Years working with women age 18-40 achieving results which include increasing strength & muscle definition, reduction in body fat & improved relationships with food & themselves
