Hey Guys, I hope you’ve all had a fabulous week šŸ™‚

This week, I’m going to give you my top tips for setting a good routine for the week ahead, and give you some advice on how to bounce back after a heavy weekend šŸ„“

‘Don’t Punish Yourself’

1) Donā€™t go to the extreme and ā€˜fastā€™ for most of the day, have a 3 hour workout or spend the day/week regretting the weekend & feel like shit about yourself, to make up for your weekend antics. The weekend has happened, you canā€™t go back in time, and ya know what, you had a fun at the time!ā£

‘Drinks lots of water & eat colourful veg’

3) Stay hydrated, aim for 3-4L of water each day and make sure youā€™re getting lots of veg in! The sooner you start eating properly, the sooner youā€™ll start feeling human again šŸ˜… Then in turn youā€™ll be more likely to stick to your training sessions and stay motivated throughout the week!ā£

‘Stay Active’

4) Stay active! We all know by now you wanna be hitting 10k steps per day! Not only are you going to be burning more calories ā€˜at restā€™, itā€™s gonna be great for your general health!! Also mentally youā€™ll feel much better, the more active you are, compared to if you just allowed yourself to be lazy all week!!ā£
